Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser or device when you visit it. They keep the site working, remember your preferences or help us understand how it is used. Some are set by this site and others by third parties, such as Google or video and social platforms, when their content is loaded.

When you first arrive, the site shows a notice with three options: Accept all, Reject non-essential and Manage preferences, where you can choose category by category and save your selection.

• Rejecting is as easy as accepting. If you reject, only the necessary cookies are used.
• Cookies that are not necessary stay off until you accept them.
• We remember your choice so we do not ask on every visit. You can change or withdraw it whenever you like, as explained in section 05.

Needed for the site to work: security, the booking form and remembering your cookie choice. They do not need consent and cannot be switched off from the notice.

Preferences

They remember choices such as language or region and enable built-in features such as maps. For example, the cookie that stores the language you picked, or the ones that store your name, email and website if you leave a comment and tick the box to remember them.

Analytics

They help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier, lasting up to two years. They only run if you accept this category.

Marketing

They are used to measure advertising and show offers that are relevant to you on other sites. They only run if you accept them. Embedded content from YouTube, Instagram and Facebook may include cookies of this kind.

• Videos and posts from YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. When they load, the platform may receive data such as your IP address and set its own cookies. They do not load until you accept the matching category.
• Maps. We use Google Maps and, at times, another map provider. They load only if you accept the preferences category.
• Videos hosted on our own server. They do not send data to third parties.
• WhatsApp buttons. These are links. This site sets no cookies by showing them. If you click, WhatsApp opens and follows its own terms.

Each platform has its own privacy and cookie policy, which we do not control.

• From the site. Open the cookie settings using the button or link available on the site, adjust the categories and press Save preferences.

• From your browser. Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge let you block or delete cookies in their privacy settings. If you block all of them, some features of the site, such as the booking form, may stop working.
