This website is owned by AIT ISHA Mustapha, a tour guide licensed by the Moroccan Ministry of Tourism under licence No. 321. He works as an individual, not through a company.

His licence falls under the natural landscape guide category. Under Moroccan rules, this guide accompanies and assists travellers on excursions and hikes through natural areas, mountains, deserts and similar landscapes, on foot, with pack animals or in suitable vehicles, along tracks, trails and paths that do not call for climbing, mountaineering or skiing techniques. The guide also explains the places visited, from their natural and historical side to their geography, culture, economy and social life.

The tour guide profession in Morocco is governed by Law No. 05-12, as amended and supplemented by Laws No. 133-13, 93-18, 67-21 and 19-22. Official information is available on the website of the Ministry of Tourism, Handicrafts and Social and Solidarity Economy.
